Great holiday home in a quiet area with lovely views of São Jorge and the channel embedded in a fantastic garden.

We had a great time in Pico! The apartment was very clean and we had everything what we needed. Also, Érica was very friendly and always helped us quickly whenever we had a question. The view and the garden of this apartments were really tremendous, it is so relaxing to wake up to such a view!

I stayed for some time in Casa do Laureano on the hillside. Not a big place, but generously sized, with room to spread out and settle in properly. The furniture is beautiful and clearly chosen with care, and everything was spotless. The houses are embedded in a truly spectacular garden. Green upon green, lush and alive, hedges of hydrangeas, palms and tree ferns and fruit trees in hidden corners. And then there's the view: São Jorge rising across the channel, right there in front of you. Some views you photograph once; this one you keep looking at. Quiet, comfortable, and exactly the kind of place that makes you slow down. I'd come back without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Terra Alta at Highland Homes. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the spacious balcony overlooking the lush gardens, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and São Jorge Island. There was no better way to end the day than with a glass of Pico white wine while watching the sunset. Our kids especially loved walking to dinner and seeing the cows, goats, chickens, and other animals on the small family farms along the way. Érica was an exceptional host, communicating with us before arrival and throughout our stay.

One of the most special places we've stayed at! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. Equipped with everything you need and very cozy. It was also great outside - the surroundings are quiet, and it's fun to sit on the balcony in peace in front of the sea. The host was very nice and helpful with everything you needed. You can see that she cares about the house - everything was meticulous and special. One of the best restaurants on the island is a 10-minute walk away, and there are great hiking trails that pass right there. We highly recommend staying there!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and Érica was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The ocean view was amazing, and we loved waking up to the birds in the morning and all the flowers outside! The Wi-Fi was also fast, which was a nice bonus. It was quiet and relaxing, but still a great base for exploring Pico. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kris's place!! Both he and Érica were extremely responsive, communicative, and helpful. The property is BEAUTIFUL. The expansive gardens and view out to the water with birdsong was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The home itself was lovely, well decorated, and very clean! A welcome basket filled with some staples and local goodies was waiting for us when we arrived. They really pay attention to every little detail! We spent our nights on the patio, stargazing for hours, with the sweetest neighborhood tuxedo cat keeping us company.

One of the best solutions of the whole holiday. The property is a bit far from everything but the location is unbeatable. The house is spacious and equipped with all comforts. Ideal for families or friends. The host Érica is always available, responds immediately to messages, and is available for advice or anything else. She also left us a wonderful welcome basket. I definitely recommend!

Casa do Laureano is beautifully furnished, welcoming, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the horizon is captivating, the area is relaxing and quiet, and Érica is super helpful. She even helped us find excursions to fully enjoy the island.

First of all, I want to recognize the amazing hospitality of Érica. She is such a kind and wonderful host. She gave us such great local recommendations. The cottage is very cozy and very clean. It had everything we needed for cooking, and I want to especially emphasize the quality of the pans and pots, they looked brand new, and it was a real pleasure to cook with them. The sea view is amazing, and the flowers in the garden are lovely. There's also a great hiking trail starting right from the house, which we enjoyed very much. We will definitely be back!

We had the BEST time in Pico thanks to Kris and his amazing team! The property is stunning, made of lava [rocks] and the inside is very rustic and peaceful. Waking up every day and seeing the beautiful ocean [and] flowers made our time so special. The team went above and beyond and helped us schedule local whale watching, dinner reservations at Magma, and had many options for a guided hike of Mount Pico. We already miss our Pico home and really hope to come back one day! Thank you so much!! You made our time at Pico so much better than we could have imagined!!

This was one of the most amazing places I've stayed at. The views are so beautiful and you can watch the sunset from the balcony! When you look out of the window there is just lush green, it feels like being in the jungle.
